Poetry and Pups and Such Treats

While in month eleven of my twelve-month master’s degree program, I could wait until I graduate to post this, but I feel compelled to write a blog to you all. The Pups and Such Treats business plan is going well lately. If you see this, comment some treat ideas you would want your dog to eat! I would love to see your dog munching on our homemade dog treats! Our trees are made with fruits and vegetables that are completely healthy for your dog. We’ve just mastered our first recipe; be prepared for your dogs to be begging for these!

I am excited to say that I am still here, living, and learning. I have [almost] survived my entire Full Sail University experience, and I have to say that I am very satisfied with what I have learned over the last year and a few months I had to take a few months off to gather my thoughts about my career and have decided that I am going to go all out and start my own business. I want to encourage anybody that is going through a tough time to persevere,  because if I can get through it, you can get through it, too.

My first poetry book, Amble, is set to release in late 2025 to mid-2026. I am not putting a time limit on this, because it is my first book, and I would love for it to be a great release. I will give you a little sneak peek: there are four sections (that are tentative): Past, Present, Earth, and Space. This book will display my emotions through nature and free verse poetry. Rhyming is nice, but not all of my poems rhyme. In fact, most of my poems do not. I am getting out of the habit of rhyming, from being stuck in making music, and dipping into my heart again, back intro writing poetry. This book will be well worth reading.

I am passionate about both my treat business and writing poetry. I have also decided that I am going to make music for fun; if anyone needs help writing their music or needs someone to edit their work (music or not), I am here! I would be happy to help anyone become a better writer. I love to do this and hope that everyone is having a great week. 

 Thank you for allowing me to update you on my life as I have been growing and developing through learning in higher education. It is almost scary that I am almost done with school for a while.

I am taking a break from school because if I go to get a second master’s degree or a doctorate, I want to be able to put my all into that program, as I am doing with the Full Sail University Entertainment Business program. I have learned so much here and at Westminster College (PA), that I am immensely ready to get into the workforce and start my business, get back to making money again, and creating T-shirts. I am currently looking for a career in writing or substituting. I do not have a teaching degree or certification, but I love to be a role model to people and children. Although I do not have a doctorate yet, my end goal is to teach at a university or college like Full Sail University and Westminster (PA). As of right now, I am just trying to get back to Pittsburgh and start my life up again.
